This year’s Sinopale, titled Before All Runs Out: Cosmos of New Values, invited curators Deniz Erbaş, Melike Bayık, İpek M. Sür, Nil İlkbaşaran and Hal Kollektif to conceive exhibitions and programs around specific themes. Artist talk, by invitation of Charlotte Herben, on May 3, 2024 at 7 pm at the Debussy auditorium, EMA, municipal school of arts, 2 rue Jules Verne, Sartrouville, France.
The presentation inaugurates a performance workshop with Maxime Bizet, culminating in a Charivari during the opening of the EMA end-of-year exhibition, on June 13, 2024.
The head is approximately one eighth of the size of a human being. The tip of an iceberg corresponds to approximately the same proportions. Just like the visible part of a creation is a tiny part of the real work invested.
How can we make visible what is happening in our heads? Our fears, our hopes, our visions?
