The FRAC Normandie Rouen at the municipal library, 110 rue des Déportés, 76300 Sotteville-lès-Rouen, from July 2 till August 27, 2022, opening and guided exhibition tour on Tuesday, July 12 at 6 pm. Conceived together with the librarians, the exhibition reflects the exemplary life of Nelson Mandela.
